With my professional training as a certified Celebrant, I am pleased to help couples create unique marriage ceremonies in Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and the surrounding areas of North Carolina. As your Celebrant and wedding officiant, I will work with you to develop your ideas and provide an authentic expression of your personal values, traditions, and beliefs. I am ordained as a non-denominational minister because I am interested in incorporating traditions and cultural influences that are meaningful to you, with original touches to make your wedding ceremony truly one-of-a-kind. What is a Celebrant?
Celebrants are trained professionals who compose, officiate, and perform the highest quality personalized ceremonies for couples, individuals, and organizations. A Celebrant is knowledgeable about the traditions and cultures of a variety of religions and nationalities. Certified by the Celebrant Institute USA, Holly Marion has performed over 40 weddings with the greatest respect for the beliefs, lifestyles, and stories of her clients.

About Holly
Holly holds a Master’s Degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. As a college teacher who moved into development work for colleges and non-profits, she has many years of leadership, public speaking, and event planning in her background.
Within a span of a few years, Holly experienced her daughter’s wedding, the deaths of her mother and mother-in-law, and the birth of her grandson. Ceremonies marked each of these occasions. Reflecting on this, Holly explains, “I noticed—as have you, I’m guessing—that not all ceremonies feel special and appropriate for the individuals being honored. I chose to become a Celebrant to craft original and truly meaningful ceremonies.”
Holly is ordained as a non-denominational minister because she respects the beliefs and traditions of different faiths around the world. She works with couples to provide unique marriage ceremonies— non-traditional or traditional, multi-faith or multi-cultural, religious or not, LGBT and beyond.
